haitian meds = success!December 10, 2008 wow – i feel 1000 times better this morning! i’m currently listening to Baby Einstein in the background singing, “Joyful Joyful We Adore Thee” feeling the same chorus rise up from my previously infection-filled body. seriously, i woke up this morning feeling like a new man… same ugly v-neck wearing man, but totally new ugly v-neck wearing man. i think i’m going to run in the Haitian streets shouting “FREEDOM!!” ok, so not much planned today. just hanging with the kids! i think we’ll go ride scooters in the front driveway, sing songs, play soccer, eat snacks, make youtube videos for Cayden and Deacon to see, and repeat until dark. sounds amazing! Amos currently has my shoes in hand yelling and pointing to the yard, “Mechan!! Mechan!!” which in English translates to something like, “SCOOOOTER!!! SCOOOOTER!!!” so i better close this thing and go get on the scooters. peace.
